Richard Tinkler, Solicitor

Richard studied Law with European Legal Studies LLB at King’s College London and was awarded a 2:1 (Hons) degree. He spent a year abroad (as part of his degree) in Belgium, at the university K U Leuven.

Richard has specialised in Private Client law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013. He has previously worked as a Partner in a law firm and for a leading regional law firm.

Recently married, Richard is interested in health, fitness, travel, and languages.

“What excites me is having the opportunity to work on intestacy cases, as these are particularly interesting to me when working in the area of estate administration, as well as leading the probate team to achieve successful outcomes for administrators and beneficiaries on intestacy cases.

I find genealogy interesting and although I won’t be undertaking the same work as the team who initially find the beneficiaries, working in this area on intestacy cases and dealing with the varied legal work arising will be especially interesting.”
