Paul Findell BA (Hons)

A self-confessed history fanatic, Paul owes his obsession to his father, a history teacher with an infectious passion for the past. He started tracing his family history after university and has been a keen genealogist for over 30 years. After 25 years in the civil service, he decided to turn this passion into a career and moved into probate genealogy. Paul joined Anglia in 2022 with 3 years’ experience in the industry.

Paul also enjoys reading (about history) and walking (to historic places). He also spends his spare time photographing and transcribing gravestones online for other family historians to use in their research.
