Joe Lander

Joe joined Anglia Research in October 2020 to head the Business Development team at our Ipswich office. He brings with him 20 years of business development and marketing experience from the financial services sector.

During his career, he has worked at one of Europe’s largest insurance and investment firms and at two of the world’s top three brokers. Joe enjoys building long-lasting and successful business partnerships built on mutual trust.

Back in May 2022, Joe was chosen as just one of 150 people to participate in the first LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Programme seen in the UK. He has since been invited to participate in the LinkedIn ‘Top Voices‘ programme, an invitation-only group of experts across the professional world, and still holds the prestigious blue badge.

Joe was recently the recipient of the Industry Recognition Award at the Legal Growth Awards in March 2025, an award voted for by peers. The award ‘recognises the achievements of an individual or business who stands out in the marketplace and is deserving of recognition’.

In his youth, Joe was a keen sportsman, representing his county at both cricket and football, including participating in a national Under-19 cup final. He is now a family man with a daughter and two sons.
